FREE – all welcome.

Book your place via the Eventbrite webpage.

This lecture by Professor Bob Brown is last in the ‘Remember This?’ public lecture series from The Arts Institute at Plymouth University. The series, by members of the Arts and Humanities professoriate focuses on the theme of Histories, Memory and Memorialisations.

Some of us think about the space around us. Others (like architects) think about space all the time. But we all engage with the space around us through our bodies. In a similar sense, while our brain can store memories of spaces, our experiences of space can equally become (unconsciously) embedded in our bodies.

Join an evening exploring the body, space and memory, with the setting of the Plymouth School of Creative Arts and the making (and eating) of sushi helping us to explore these ideas.
