He joined a group of explorers and climbers, including astronaut candidates from the <a href=\"http:\/\/projectpossum.org\/\">PoSSUM<\/a> program, for a 15 day expedition to one of the harshest environments on Earth\u00a0and the most similar environment to \u00a0Mars on our planet.The expedition was led\u00a0by Dr Ulyana Horodyskyj, C.E.O of <a href=\"http:\/\/scienceinthewild.com\/\">Science In the Wild<\/a> and a world renowned glaciologist and geologist. During the expedition the group attempted to summit\u00a0the Ojos Del Salado, the highest active volcano on Earth.<\/p>\n<p>The first part of his log book as been published online by Makery.
