Dr Sana Murrani<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0was recently interviewed by\u00a0BBC Radio Devon\u00a0to talk about ‘Creative Recovery: Mapping Refugees’ Memories of Home’<\/strong>, a project funded by the\u00a0European Cultural Foundation<\/a>\u00a0(ECF) to work with 15 refugees and asylum seekers from Plymouth to represent their memories of home through drawings, maps and architectural models<\/strong>.\u00a0\u2018Creative Recovery: Mapping Refugees\u2019 Memories of Home\u2019 was one of just 31 projects awarded a grant from the ECF’s\u00a0Courageous Citizens 2018<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>programme, out of more than 500 applications from across the world.\u00a0You can read the University press release about the\u00a0project\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
