Last week, Iran attempted to launch a cruise missile from a “midget” submarine in the Strait of Hormuz. The submarine appears to be based on a North Korean design, a further indication that the two nations are collaborating on their missile and nuclear programs.<\/p>\n

Iran and North Korea are the only two countries in the world that operate “midget” submarines, which can travel and hide in shallow water.<\/p>\n
