A spokesman for Russia\u2019s arms-export company <a title=\"Company Overview\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/quote\/61535Z:RU\">Rosoboronexport OJSC<\/a> said he couldn\u2019t immediately comment on details of a deal with Turkey.<\/p>\n<p>Turkey has reached the point of an agreement on a missile defense system before, only to scupper the deal later amid protests and condemnation from NATO.
