An international arrest warrant has been issued.<\/p>\n<p>The Crown Prosecution Service said in a statement that prosecutors have concluded that there is \u201csufficient evidence\u201d to charge \u201cAlexander Petrov\u201d and \u201cRuslan Boshirov\u201d for the poisoning.
