Russia\u2019s alleged development of a weapon that breaks the treaty was on the agenda of NATO defence ministers at their latest gathering on 3\u20134 October in Brussels.<\/p>\n<p>At the event, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, US Secretary of Defense James Mattis and US NATO Ambassador Kay Bailey Hutchison all flagged the issue of the claimed treaty breach.
