The Dartmouth Centre for Sea Power and Strategy at University of Plymouth in collaboration with the Hellenic National Defence College,\u00a0 are delighted to invite you to a webinar (see zoom link below) with Professor Graeme Herd which will take place on the 17th December at 1600-1730 UK time (1800 Greek Time).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Graeme P. Herd is Professor of Transnational Security Studies and Chair of Research and Policy Analysis at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies.<\/p>\n

Professor Herd will make a 20-30 minute presentation on\u00a0 \u2018US Policy and Russia to 2024\u2019,\u00a0 followed by\u00a0 Q&A session.<\/p>\n
