For this example, we will use the row \u2018Name\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Type in the User\u2019s name, this does not need to be the user&#8217;s full name, partial will also work.\n<ul>\n<li>Press the station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: For our school, we use \u2018Use remote authentication (via SAML)\u2019, this is part of our single sign-on which allows the User, to use their UoP password and username when logging into Form<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tick the \u2018remote authentication (via SAML)\u2019\n<ul>\n<li>If you are setting up a station user, do NOT tick this box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Choose the \u2018Roles\u2019 required for the user.\n<ul>\n<li>Students will not have any \u2018Roles\u2019 assigned to them.<\/li>\n<li>If you are setting up a station user, they also will not have any \u2018Roles\u2019 assigned to them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assign a user to a group.<br \/>\nNote:<\/strong> On the left of this page are \u2018Groups\u2019, for users to view forms in the Form<sup>2<\/sup> app, they need to be added to a group.<br \/>\nFor more information see the blog on, \u2018how to create \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> For Bulk import, you will be required to set up a CSV file.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a CSV.\n<ul>\n<li>Open an Excel sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Place the word \u2018name\u2019 in the first column, top row.<\/li>\n<li>Place the word \u2018email\u2019 in the second column, top row.<\/li>\n<li>Place your users, Name and email address directly underneath the top row, creating a row for each user.<\/li>\n<li>Save the sheet as CSV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Group<\/strong> for your users, if you miss this you will need to add a group to each individual user separately.<\/li>\n<li>Tick the \u2018remote authentication (via SAML)\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Chose your file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong>: If you find Form<sup>2<\/sup> is authentication (via SAML)\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Do NOT Choose a \u2018Role\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select a group \u2013 which should be named \u2018StationUser Group\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Edit the \/>\nEditing a user.<br \/>\n<\/strong>To edit any user, you first need to find the user that requires editing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Search and find the user that requires editing.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the
