The conference will start with a motivational keynote speech from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ellise_Hayward_\" target=\"_blank\">Ellise Hayward<\/a> &#8211; a young person with cerebral palsy who communicates with eye-gaze technologically and speaks eloquently about her experiences throughout education.
