Dr. Graeme P. Herd is Professor of Transnational Security Studies and Chair of Research and Policy Analysis at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies.
Professor Herd will make a 20-30 minute presentation on ‘US Policy and Russia to 2024’, followed by Q&A session.
