Major developments are underway to improve the way you work and collaborate with others. Documents and files will be moved to new workspaces that offer new and exciting ways to collaborate and work together. You may already be using some of the new features available in Office 365, or you may not have had a chance to look at them yet.
The next phase of improvements are about to begin. Now is a good time to find out more about what is coming and how it can help you avoid some of the frustrating things about our current systems such as finding documents on our intranet or emailing files between colleagues for editing.
- Do you currently access your email, calendar or files from your mobile or tablet device?
- Do you use OneDrive to share files with staff, students or external colleagues?
- Do you know how to access files without an internet connection?
- Can you find your documents and files quickly and easily?
If you would to know more about any of the above then email: asti@plymouth.ac.uk to invite us to your staff events, meeting, away day or staff development session.
