The Plymouth University DLE project, switching from Sharepoint to Moodle, reached its successful completion in December 2014 and all associated support has been merged with ‘Business as Usual’ support structures. However, due to the ongoing and evolving changes to our programmes, the nature and frequency of support/change requests and the experiences of PSMD staff and students over the last 3 months, we are making some changes to the ways in which you can access DLE and TEL support for the foreseeable future.

Hopefully, these changes will make it clearer for staff and students on where to seek support from for a given scenario and also result in some efficiency improvements.
