Plymouth University researcher Adam Benjamin, Lecturer in Theatre and Performance, has given a keynote speech at DanceAble symposium in Den Haag, The Netherlands to raise awareness about ‘inclusive dance’ and the empowerment of dancers with disabilities. The keynote followed a recent trip to the LABO inclusive dance symposium at the Royal Conservatoire of the Arts in Antwerp, where two University students, Kevin French and Chloe Lee performed. Their trip was supported by the University’s Theatre and Performance department and Disability Assist Service.
